About Key:

I had the idea of creating a webcomic for a few years now, but never got around to actually doing so. My original idea for a comic was The Phoenix Blade, but after about writing half of the entire script and already drawing the prologue twice, I decided to scrap it and start Key. (Now I'm glad I did, since the last story lacked sophistication and character developement.)

All of what's going to happen in Key has already been planned out, but I haven't actually written it all down in script form yet. The story gets better once we get past all the intro-stuff, I promise.

Key will end up being roughly nine volumes long, judging from the current scriptwork I've done. I'd really like to reach Volume II, as that's when we get to explore Feynia. The characters will change and develop throughout the story, but it's a slow process.

By undertaking Key, I also hope to improve my art in terms of lighting, perspective, action, expression, as well as improve my writing with regard to character developement, plot and just story-telling in general. Hopefully by the time I'm eighteen, I'll have the ability to fully realize my second project.

I'm planning a second project as well, but that project revolves more around deeper themes, so it might be more suitable as a written story than as a graphic novel.
